Professional use statement

What our products are

Products supplied by ExosomeShop are cosmetic-grade preparations containing extracellular vesicles, made by third-party manufacturers whose certificates of analysis we provide. They are intended for topical application to the skin or scalp by, or under the direction of, licensed practitioners, typically after procedures such as microneedling or laser.

Any research-grade material we supply is for laboratory research use only.

What they are not

• They are not marketed as drugs, biologics or medical devices, and are not approved or cleared by the FDA or any other regulator. The FDA has stated that exosome products intended to treat disease are biological products requiring premarket approval; the products we supply are not intended for any such use.
• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, including hair loss, acne, scarring, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis or any other.
• They are not intended for injection, infusion, microinjection, or any route of administration that breaches the skin, and are not manufactured or filled for such use.
• They are not for sale to the public.

What we ask of purchasers

• Verify that you hold, or practise under, a current professional license, and tell us if that changes.
• Use products only as described on the label and product page, and store them as directed.
• Do not make claims to patients that the products treat, cure or prevent any condition, including hair loss, scarring or skin disorders; describe only cosmetic effects; and do not describe them as FDA-approved.
• Report any adverse event to us promptly at jonathan@stardistro.co so we can investigate the lot.
• Comply with the regulations that apply where you practise; rules on human-derived cosmetic ingredients differ between countries and may differ between states.

We reserve the right to decline or close accounts that use our products outside these terms.
