There are a lot of exosome suppliers now. Most of them will tell you a particle count. Few will tell you the rest. Here is what we require of any product we supply, and what you will receive with an order.
1. A named source, on paper
Every product we supply names its cell or plant source on the label and on the manufacturer's certificate of analysis. We do not supply "exosome complex" products with no stated origin. Because the source decides the cargo, and because rules on human-derived cosmetic ingredients vary by jurisdiction, we tell you exactly what you are buying and leave the choice to you.
2. A certificate of analysis for every lot
We supply only products whose manufacturer issues a lot-specific certificate of analysis, and we send it with the order. At minimum we require particle size distribution, a particle count, and identification of exosome markers. Where the manufacturer also reports purity ratio, electron microscopy, sterility or endotoxin results, those are on the certificate too. If a manufacturer cannot produce this, we do not carry the product.
3. Manufacturer documentation on request
Facility location, quality standard and, for human-derived material, donor screening statements are the manufacturer's documents. We obtain them before listing a product and pass them to account holders on request. We do not restate a manufacturer's claims as our own without the paperwork behind them.
4. Cold-chain shipping from California
Orders ship from California in insulated packaging, and we prefer freeze-dried formats wherever a manufacturer offers one because they tolerate transit far better than liquid. Storage instructions come with every order. See how we ship.
5. Honesty about claims
The products we supply are cosmetic-grade, for topical professional use after procedures. Nothing we supply is for injection and nothing is FDA-approved; no exosome product is. If another supplier tells you otherwise, treat everything else they say with caution. We would rather earn your trust by stating the limits than lose it later.
