Educational content. This article summarises published research on extracellular vesicles as a category. It does not describe or make claims about any product supplied by ExosomeShop, which are cosmetic-grade preparations for topical professional use and are not intended to treat any condition.
"US supplier" can mean a company with a US mailbox importing vials from anywhere. Here is how to tell what you are actually buying.
Three different things called "USA"
- US-based company. Only tells you where the invoices come from.
- US-manufactured. The cells were cultured and the vesicles isolated, characterised and filled in a US facility. Ask for the facility location and its quality standard.
- US-shipped. The product left a US warehouse. It may have been imported and stored for months first.
ExosomeShop is a supplier with a Las Vegas head office; orders ship from California, and manufacturer location and documentation are provided to account holders on request. If a supplier cannot tell you where a product was made, assume the least favourable answer.
Why domestic manufacturing matters for exosomes
Exosomes are temperature-sensitive. Every extra leg of transit and every customs hold is a chance for a warm hour that a particle count will never reveal. Domestic supply means a short, trackable transit and a phone number that answers the same day. See how we ship.
Documents to request from any US supplier
- Certificate of analysis for a recent lot, showing size distribution, tetraspanin markers, purity ratio, sterility and endotoxin.
- Donor screening statement for human-derived material.
- Facility location and quality standard (cGMP, ISO 13485 or equivalent).
- Storage and stability data for the format you are buying.
- The supplier's own professional use statement. If they do not have one, that is the answer.
